Final Presentation and Rollout

Day 30 of 30 · The Playbook 2026 – Masterclass for Designers

Learning Goal

Present the Playbook with rollout plan and metrics.

Who

Anyone who wants to successfully launch a new system.

What

A 10–15 slide deck, a rollout schedule, metrics, and a feedback loop.

Where

Your own system or project.

When

As soon as possible, ideally before launch.

Why it matters

Without a solid rollout plan, the system will not be adopted.

How

Guided Exercise

  • Create a 10–15 slide deck that clearly explains the problem, solution, and benefits.
  • Write a rollout schedule (weekly milestones) that outlines key tasks and deadlines.
  • Define metrics and a dashboard to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Independent Exercise

  • Run a demo of your system to test its functionality and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback and plan v1.1 fixes to address any issues.

Self-Check

  • Ensure your deck is ready and clearly communicates the value proposition.
  • Confirm your rollout plan is ready and includes all necessary milestones and deadlines.
  • Verify that metrics and feedback channels are set up to track progress and gather feedback.
