  1. Map the required sections so every decision has a home.
  2. Assign owners and update cadence to ensure consistent updates.
  3. Create a table of contents for easy navigation.

Guided Exercise (10–15 minutes)

  1. Build a Playbook TOC with the 6 sections.
  2. Assign an owner and cadence per section.
  3. Set a versioning rule (v0.1, v0.2...)

Independent Exercise (5–10 minutes)

Create a Release Notes template (change, date, owner, impact).
