Team feedback loop: sharing and revising

Day 20 of 30 · 30 Days of AI

Close the loop with human feedback

Learning goal

  • Set a simple review checklist for peers.
  • Incorporate human feedback into AI drafts.

Why it matters

  • Human review catches context the model misses.
  • A repeatable loop speeds future drafts.

Explanation

  • Share v1 + prompt + constraints with a teammate.
  • Ask for: clarity, correctness, tone fit, missing context.
  • Re-prompt with their feedback; produce v2.

Examples

  • Checklist: “What’s unclear? Any factual issues? Tone fit? Missing stakeholder needs?”
  • Weak: “Thoughts?”

  • Guided exercise (10–15 min)

    1. Pick a draft from earlier days; share with a peer or imagine peer notes.
    2. Summarize feedback into 3 bullets; re-run the model with that feedback.

    Independent exercise (5–10 min)

Create a reusable “peer review” prompt to attach to drafts.

    Self-check

    • Peer feedback captured.
    • v2 incorporates the feedback.
    • Review prompt saved.
