A monthly review process to assess and improve their sales strategies.

Sales productivity improves when you regularly review and update your strategies. This helps you stay on track and make informed decisions about your sales system.

How

  1. Create a Monthly Review Template: Start with a simple yet effective template that guides you through the key questions.
  2. Identify What to Stop, Start, and Continue: Focus on what truly matters and eliminate unnecessary steps.
  3. Update Your Playbook Consistently: Reflect on your experiences and update your strategies to match the current market and ICP (Identified Customer Profile).

Guided Exercise (10–15 min) — Review Template

Create a doc with the following questions:

  • What worked best and why?
  • Where did deals stall most often?
  • Which stage leaked the most?
  • Which template/script needs improvement?
  • What will you change next month?

Independent Exercise (5–10 min) — Playbook Update

Update one section of your playbook (outbound email, discovery agenda, objection map) based on what you learned.
